CIRCUIT 1: CORDILLERA HUAYHUASH FULL LOOP

This circuit is the most complete, circling the whole Cordillera Huayhuash. It is a route that takes approximately 12 to 14 days to go around the mountains. The itinerary includes the Mitucocha, Carhuacocha and Jahuacocha lakes and views of beautiful mountains, such as Yerupaja (the second highest in Peru), Siula, Jirishanka, Ninashanca and
Rondoy.

CHIQUIAN - CAJATAMBO

Max. altitude : 4,770m
Another touristic alternative is to visit the Cordillera Huayhuash for 10 days, going from Viconga to Cajatambo. We can take advantage of this route to take a bath in the thermal springs and visit the Colonial churches in the city of Cajatambo. At the end of the route, we have the alternatives of leaving for either Lima or Huaraz in 5 to 6 hours.

A concentration of action and adventure around the Cordillera Huayhuash in 6 impressive days. The great views of Yerupaja, Jirishanka, Ninashanka and Rondoy and many impressive landscapes can be seen from the pass of Sambunia.
