The Cordillera Huayhuash is one of the most beautiful places in Peru thanks to its high mountains, blue sky and extensive areas of green pasture. This Andean mountain range possesses a long chain of peaks, six of which exceed 6000 meters above sea level. To conquer them is a challenge that requires a lot of technical skill and professionalism. Only a few people have reached the summits of these mountains.

One of the most beautiful snow-capped peaks and the second highest in Peru is Yerupaja (6634 masl) which can be seen from the small and tranquil town of Chiquian, called the "little mirror of the sky".

The Cordillera Huayhuash is considered by the international tourist community to be one of the 10 best trekking circuits in the world. Huayhuash offers one of the most difficult and interesting circuits. It consists of 165 kilometers in 12 to 14 days with campsites on the banks of its lakes and in its valleys hidden in the mountains
